Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Best for non-urgent orders

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” when sending items back to avoid additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging (including protective liners for goggles/fins)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and performance integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Competition Swimwear (due to strict fit requirements and hygiene considerations)
  • Goggles (unless defective, for health protection reasons)
  • Personalized/customized items

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Complete Return Form: We’ll email you a return form to complete.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage using original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Exchange Process

For size exchanges on eligible apparel:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate “EXCHANGE” and your desired size on the return form
  3. We’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (standard shipping rates apply)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Timeline: Refunds process within 5 business days, then require 3-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
