We ship worldwide except to some Asian markets and remote locations due to logistical constraints. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.

We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after 1-2 day processing)
Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after 1-2 day processing)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our climate-controlled facility in Fresno, California, where each item is carefully inspected and packaged.

Yes! Both Standard and Free Shipping options include tracking. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
